Thrissur Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum replies to a complaint filed by Sri.Mohammed Ali

Ekajaalakam got a complaint from Sri.Mohammed Ali alleging that Thrissur District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum rejected his complaint on the ground that it was not  in the specified format. Since the Act does not specify any format for the complaint, we forwarded the complaint to the Forum for comments. Here is the reply we got:

Here is the reply obtained from the Chief Ministerial Officer, District Court, Thrissur on a complaint forwarded  by EKAJAALAKAM  to the Principal District Judge, Thrissur. The complaint alleged that in Thrissur District, the District Court promoted 62 peons to the post of Process Servers since 2011 while many in the PSC list were waiting for a posting.
