Ekajaalakam got a complaint from Sri.Mohammed Ali alleging that Thrissur District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum rejected his complaint on the ground that it was not in the specified format. Since the Act does not specify any format for the complaint, we forwarded the complaint to the Forum for comments. Here is the reply we got:
